Partners Tamsin Waley-Cohen and Thomas Carroll return to work with the Orpheus Sinfonia in another very special collaboration, which will see Tamsin performing with her friend, the very talented Gemma Rosefield. Gemma famously won the European Music for Youth Competition with a televised performance of the Saint-Saëns Concerto in 2007. Her Wigmore recital début received rave reviews in The Strad, The Evening Standard and BBC Music Magazine. A feast of music by Brahms is on offer, including his epic Symphony No. 1, often nicknamed "Beethoven's Tenth."
"The most exquisite sound imaginable... the hairs on the back of my neck were standing to attention throughout. Fantastic!"
